By using pokemonteambuilder.org you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple.
The service
All tools on this site are provided free of charge, as-is, for personal and non-commercial use. You may link to any page and share images or links exported by the tools.
Accuracy
Pokédex lists, types, base stats and type charts are compiled from community-maintained open data and the published game rules. They are checked, but errors are possible, and game updates or new releases may not be reflected immediately. The analysis is type-based and does not account for abilities, items, moves or mechanics such as Terastallization. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of results in any game or tournament. If you find an error, please tell us.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site at a rate that affects other users, attempt to interfere with its operation, or present the tools as your own. Automated access for personal research at a reasonable rate is fine.
Intellectual property
Pokémon and all respective names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc. This site is an unofficial fan project and claims no rights over those marks or over Pokémon artwork. The site's own text, design and code are © Pokémon Team Builder. Open-source data used by the site is credited on the about page.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the tools or content.
